Today I donated blood for what will probably be the last time!

I took some time to ask about plasma donation! Apparently Canada is only at 30% capacity for our plasma needs! This means we outsource 70%(you’re welcome for completing that challenging math for you😘)!! Plasma donation is needed bad, the appointment takes a little longer but you can donate as often as weekly where as with blood I could only donate every 64 days!

Last week was so full of Christmas joy, I didn’t even know if I was coming or going by Sunday! The house looked liked I was losing a game a Jumanji (literally), groceries needed to be bought, and I’m quite certain both of my kids would have won a game of hide & seek by hiding in the laundry. ‘Tis the season to be busy and I couldn’t be happier to place my important responsibilities on hold, welcome more chaos than I normally chose to endure, and be present with each event, and each amazing person that is chose to share their time with me!! Hope you are all having a happy holidays, and regardless of what dishes you need to make, presents to wrap, or how double booked you may feel, be present with yourself and those you love 💕 the prezzies might be regifted, but time never can 💋💋 @ Calgary, Alberta
