"Tony left school in December for one week of intensive, one-on-one instruction at Rocky Point Academy. He came back to us an excited, eager reader with a confidence boost. He is willing to tackle any book, but knows when to ask for help with a word. He is still practicing the skills that he was taught and is reading more fluently than he did before. He can tell me in sequence what he read while I was not with him. He also reads with expression. He rereads if he feels he did not understand what he read. He has made progress in the classroom also.
