I will always follow my deepest thoughts so I must be careful to guard my mind against anything negative or harmful.

The phrase “every picture tells a story, don’t it” is likely familiar to many or even all. This was the first track on side A but was the third release from the album with the same name in 1971. It’s been a phrase that always conjures up great memories of youth and my cassettes of Rod Stewart.
He along with Billy Joel, Elton John and more recently Keith Green, have been familiar choices for my longer drives or days in the studio when just chilling and organizing other projects or data files.
As a composition artist, my goal is to create a musical experience allowing the top liner, the lyric writer to create their work and reveal their ideas through a creative medium accordingly.
This track really took me to regions and musical genres unfamiliar to me but I was learning and making great connections with others through this experience.
I think this might have been one of the longest cowrites but was certainly one of the most memorable and positive.
The vocal stylings of the amazing Rinjamin Button are perfectly executed and her lyrics are going to be a very powerful and unique addition in to your musical journey.

There is no secret that with the shutdown of the Alberta Live Entertainment scene, many of us were shelved and plans halted. When I was pretty much forced into closure in March 2020, there were a lot of things I needed to consider. The one thing I opted to pursue was going back to my roots; going back to the reason I became a sound guy - I was writing and playing original compositions and ended up being the sound guy for others because I was a better sound tech than a musician. I then dove deep into Audio Engineering that eventually lead to me to opening up Nero Productions Group Inc. I was still doing studio work more frequently than concerts at that point. As the company grew, concerts and festivals became my main focus. I have greatly missed the creative processes of composition and artist expression available through song writing.

I have completed pre-production for a few others and have heard from Mixing Engineers how great it is to have clean, consistent tone and volume as a starting point on the tracks I have supplied. This has resulted in a much shorter mix down session than expected, with a better outcome. This has also allowed projects to remain on budget. For this reason I have opted to come to the market with my offer now fully operational and public. I would be honoured to assist those of you who are also recording at home through this season, and allow me to add polish and maybe bump a few cents of pitch up or down as needed to keep you locked in.
