I'm putting together my new kayak. It's a Pakayak Bluefin 142. It's beautiful because it's portable. With enough practice, I'm pretty sure I can put it together in the 3 minutes that some YouTubers can.

I love Branston pickle so when I saw @gracebooth97 make this sandwich, I had to try it. I think next time I’d use a softer bread though- sourdough was a little too dry for this sandwich- but the flavor was nice! #sandwich #branston #britishfood 04/17/2026

Traditionally, Reunion dinner is served on New Year's Eve. For me, today worked out better. I made three dishes, mostly based on what the kids would eat. Braised mushroom and baby Shanghai bok choy, long life noodles (substituted knife cut noods for yee mein), and char siu.

The Year of the Horse is my kids' birth year. My kids are opposite in personalities, so I'm not sure how much the fortune applies. I really enjoy Chinese New Year and all the traditions that come with it.
