I also have an impeccable reputation for action-oriented coaching and teaching other women in business. I've been doing it now for 17 years! With a wee personal break.

Hello dear friends! It has been a long time. Let me tell you briefly why! On New Years Day of 2021 I suffered a stroke. And since then I have also ended my 21 year marriage. I have recovered from both, found new passions in painting and mingling as a single and finishing raising my wonderful daughters. I have continued to work as a business growth strategist. And life is good right now. Really good!

But it took a journey to get to really good. A hard journey. One where I didn't know if I would make it. But on the other side, my life is completely different and so fkg... good. And I want this level of GOOD for EVERY ambitious GenX woman. So I'm back. I've created a new workshop. And I want you to come!

A taste of what I have learned and why this matters:

I have spent the last 30 years "hustling" for everyone else while also trying to "do it all" for me. ALL AT ONCE. And in that time, I never fully got where I wanted to be in my work, my passions, and my relationships.

Why did I keep doing trying to "hustle" for so long when it wasn't working?

Because that is all I knew. Society told GenX women we could "be anything" and we went ahead and "did everything". All at once. We hustle. Until we cannot. For me, I was constantly excited about possibility but also deeply disappointed for feeling stuck on a treadmill that didn't feel right for me.

But life has a way of tapping your shoulder – or in my case hitting me like a truck a few times – to let you know what you are doing, the way you are doing it, is not working!

I finally listened! I have broken completely free of hustle culture and:
• claimed my time
• reclaimed my life
• redefined success

And now, I'm sharing how you can also quit the hustle culture and leverage your life sh*t into success on your own terms.

And girl, your success and your terms are yours... just yours. It takes a lot of unlearning and relearning to reclaim anything at midlife. Especially knowing you have obligations and responsibilities that infer you cannot. You can! And, I'd love to show you how to get started!

I have spent the past 30 years helping corporate and tech-focused service businesses grow and find the successes they desire. I also have spent the last 20 years raising toddlers to teens full-time while expanding my business leadership to help women find success in spite of, and because of, their real life limitations. Raw and real.

For the past 5 years, I have expanded my personal knowledge to include some brain health, body and mind strategies – that literally saved my own life. I launched a new GenX community. And, I have now curated and incorporated my best business advice with really gritty life skills to specifically guide ambitious GenX women to find a better way, once and for all.
