Even though smoothies are so simple, sometimes it's hard to think about what to throw in a blender when you're tired and in a rush.
Here's my go-to recipe — and no, you don't need to measure! Just a handful of each (except for the dates) will do.
• One banana
• Strawberries
• Dates. Start with one and add to taste.
• Mango
• Coconut water or milk
Option to add protein powder or spinach.
Now you're ready to face the day!
