- do they provide you with options, or is it one way or the highway? (Usually the most expensive..)
- do they walk through every step of the design phase with you?
- are their quotes clean and clear?
- do they communicate effectively and promptly with you right from the get-go?
- do they ask you questions about your lifestyle - how you plan to use each room?
- **important one here** do they say everything is necessary, or are they willing to strip down the system to ensure that what is put in actually ends up getting used? (Nothing worse than wasted technology!)
- do you feel comfortable with them accessing your home? (Trust is number one!)

Because at the end of the day, technology works well, until it doesn’t. So what we believe matters more is: who is there for you?

That’s why we suggest rearranging the question from “what’s the best system” to “who is the best integrator?”
