It's not often that we get to post client transformation as not everyone is comfortable. But when we can ,we LOVE to! Greg has been working with us for some time now. We have been focusing on rehabilitating his neck and shoulder injuries as well as maintaining health and strength. On the left is when we first started. Now Greg is in his early 50's and maintains a very active lifestyle, exercising 3-5 times per week. I love having him as an example when people tell me "wait until you get to my age", or "it's my age". It is all about maintaining physical activity throughout your entire life as Greg has. I look forward to many more workouts!
