IT Manager Responsibilities: Must Haves

Must be located in Cambridge, Ontario or within 75kms.

Has experience in Network Administration by the following:

Strong communication skills for explaining Technical Projects, Next Steps, Considerations (minimum 5 years)

Active Directory: User Accounts, Replication, Migrations (minimum 5 years)

Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANS, VPN (minimum 5 years)

Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V, Xen (minimum 5 years)

Office 365: Administration, Migrations, PST's (minimum 3 years)

Backup Software: Veeam, Unitrends, Symantec, Clumio

Additional Experiences or Understanding

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Deploy Servers (Linux/Windows) within AWS/Azure (minimum 5 years)

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Deploy Microsoft Exchange Server (2010,2013,2016) (minimum 5 years)

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Deploy VMware ESXi in a clustered configuration (minimum 5 years)

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Deploy Windows Servers on local hardware (minimum 5 years)

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Office 365/Azure

· Understand, Configure, Maintain, Deploy Amazon Web Services (minimum 3 years)

· Apache Clusters

· Unix/Linux - approximately 10 % effort for escalations

· This role will be supporting an existing environment focused on the maintenance and deployment growth throughout the enterprise.

· Email security reporting.

· All IT documentation to be ongoing, up to date, etc. (minimum 3 years)

· Experience with Network and Environment monitoring tools.

· Experience with Exchange Management i.e. Migration, Upgrades, DAG (minimum 3 years)

· Experience within Exchange 365 - PowerShell

· Experience with auditing exercises

· Experience Unix/Linux scripting and packaging

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage one’s time’

· Pen Test experience would be beneficial

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
