Succinctly put! All those little niggling physical messages we get can grow to big ones which force us to stop. My favourite challenge for most every patient I see - commit to 5mins of REST daily = STOP AND DO NOTHING!! My version of that is to snuggle my pups first thing in the morning with my coffee as I wake up. What’s your version of rest??
