Only You Can Create Jobs

The first item we need to talk about, has to do with, how does each and everyone of us, help create jobs. When the recession started, everyone began to fear for their own jobs, and then they stopped spending their money.

Lets not bring into these discussions (at least not too much) about how the banks and government probably started all this....as it seems the banks and governments have not been able to get the economy going again; nor are they very good at creating jobs.
All of us are the only people who may truly create jobs. And we do this by spending our money. The majority of people work for small businesses, and the small businesses are usually the first ones who are doing the hiring.
WE can start by targeting small businesses to spend our money at; which will overload the existing staff, forcing the business owner to hire more people.
The type of businesses we are talking about here, is your local vehicle repair shop, your smaller grocery store and butcher, baker and deli and other food shops.
