Perch Communications
A boutique storytelling and communications agency for community-minded organizations.
March of Dimes Canada and its partners and allies are calling on the federal government to move quickly, and make the proposed Canada Disability Benefit accessible, dignified, and supportive for those it intends to serve.
As Victoria Pearson said in her statement outside the House of Commons on Tuesday, “Every moment we wait is a missed opportunity to move forward in lifting people with disabilities out of entrenched poverty.”
We’re proud to support their advocacy efforts with the roll out of a nation-wide media campaign. Now, it’s your turn. Write your MP and fight for the swift passage of Bill C-22.

It was a momentous day as residents, staff, and volunteers gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the Bow River Lodge — DSL Wing, a supportive living facility for seniors 11 years in the making.
This new, 60-unit facility allows seniors to stay close to home even as their medical needs increase.
Photo 1: Residents spend the morning creating flower pots for their rooms with floral artist Laurel Birk (.with.forest)
Photo 2: Esme Comfort, former Bow Valley Regional Housing board member and current resident, shares her gratitude for the facility.
Photo 3: Residents, staff, volunteers, and dignitaries pose with some of the floral arrangements made that morning.
We’re proud to support this important milestone together with our partners at KEA Canada Ltd.
