IMPORTANT UPDATE ON FIRES

Our thoughts are with those impacted by wild fires in Northwest Ontario.

While we are experiencing some smoke, the situation here in Northeastern Ontario and right here on Esnagi Lake remains stable.

Out of an abundance of caution the lodges on Esnagi Lake, Lodge Eighty Eight, Mar Mac Lodge and The Northern Way, and White River Air have jointly agreed to a temporary voluntary restriction on open wood fires including shore lunch.

We know shore lunches are a big part of the experience and we are glad to provide portable propane burners.

This will greatly reduce the possibility of a fire on the lake.
