"No One Owns A Tree" tells the story of a treehouse located on our family farm and the masked visitors who decided to make it their home. This book charmingly conveys the environmental significance of trees through its narrative. "No One Owns A Grizz" is my second literary work. It explores themes of sharing cherished possessions and the difficulty of saying farewell when one wishes not to. Featuring vibrant illustrations, it is a touching bedtime story suitable for preschoolers and emergent readers." Arlene Melanson

✨ Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at Duart Hall ✨

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner — a special evening dedicated to celebrating the incredible volunteers who continuously show up and support our community. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️

A huge thank you to Mary Jayne Gosnell for preparing the delicious meal, and to Carrie Helmer for putting together all the thoughtful gift items for our volunteers. Your hard work made the evening extra special.

As we celebrate Volunteer Appreciation Week, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of our amazing volunteers. The Duart Community Hall simply wouldn’t be the same without you.
