Horrible news folks... We will now be closing permanently, for good. Due to struggling times with covid, a recent fire/flood and now the landlord has decided to increase my rent by almost 50% on top of it all, squeezing me right out... I just can't hang on any longer folks. Jamstar Records will sadly be coming to an end at 105 King St in Chatham. I took a huge risk to try and help rebuild a dying downtown 4 years ago when no one else wanted too... just to get the boot now when its now all cleaned up. I am not happy, nor impressed! We will be hopefully be able to announce a final clearance sale soon (depending on covid restrictions) and will also honour and/or refund all gift cards. No new orders will be taken, and all existing orders will be completed, cancelled or refunded (we will notify you). I am incredibly sorry about all this... It was fun while it lasted and a big thanks to all our customers for the last few years!! Keep on groovin folks!! 💃🏻🎶🕺

NOTICE... We will be open 12pm-6pm for Good Friday, after which unfortunately we will closing again for Covid restrictions. We are all living in a time of great uncertainty and so many innocent lives are being lost, please do your part to help stop the spread. I would also like to share my condolences to the Butler Family. I lost a friend earlier this week, who was not only a regular customer but a really awesome guy. I'm going to miss our chats. RIP Brother, I know you're out there rockin with the Metal Gods now!! 🤘

Well... Its been almost a month now since the fire, but things are slowly getting back to normal. Repairs are finally done and we are hoping to be able to reopen again by next weekend!! We appreciate the support during all the craziness of this entire past year. We're still here though... So keep groovin' folks, this too shall pass! 💃🏻🎶🕺
