HOT weather is FINALLY upon us and YOGA ON THE DOCK is back! The best part is NO MOSQUITOS on the Compass Yoga dock. Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM (weather permitting, otherwise classes are still in the heated studio). Book a class directly via: https://cal.smoothbook.co/compass-yoga ... If the class is full, PLEASE PUT YOURSELF ON THE WAITLIST, since 4 extra people on the dock (than in the heated studio). I will add people on the waitlist the morning of the class if when we are outside. NOTE: Regular studio class schedule resumes in September.
