☀️ June is here, boating season is officially underway, and the Chestermere real estate market continues to stay active!
🏡 In May, we saw:
✔️ 55 homes sold
✔️ 165 new listings
✔️ 313 active listings
✔️ Average days on market of 46
✔️ Benchmark price of $706,800
The market has become more balanced, giving buyers more choice while still keeping well-priced homes in demand. We’re no longer seeing the frenzy of the past few years, but we’re also far from a downturn. It’s a healthy market where pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
🌊 One segment that continues to see strong interest is lakefront living. I currently have buyers actively waiting for lakefront properties, and some are looking for very specific features and locations around the lake.
