McIntyre Crane & Rigging is looking for a skilled Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Maintain and repair cranes, trucks & heavy equipment
• Diagnose mechanical & hydraulic issues
• Complete CVIP inspections & service records
• Perform shop + field repairs
What You Bring:
• Journeyperson Certification (required)
• CVIP License (or willing to get)
• Strong hydraulic knowledge
• Crane/heavy equipment experience (asset)
• Class 1 License (asset)

Big steps for Alex as she begins her Class 1 driver training, an exciting milestone in her journey with our team
Her progress so far has been rewarding not just for her, but for everyone at McIntyre Crane. Alex has stepped up, taken on the challenges of day to day operations, and continues to learn what it takes to succeed in this industry. Nothing is handed out here, it is earned, and her work ethic and determination are both seen and respected

A strong week for the McIntyre Crane crew, with our equipment and operators running steady across the city. We handled lifts at the Stampede Grounds, set modular home sections in the northeast, supported ongoing work at the new Calgary stadium, and kicked off a long-term night shift project at the airport, along with other projects
There is a lot in motion right now and we are glad to welcome some new faces to the team. As we grow, we are also rolling out an expanded safety program led by Safety Dave and shaped by input from the entire crew
