I'd be remiss if I didn't take the moment to thanks all of you who've been so supportive and encouraging, and specifically my mentors and great friends Ron Riter, Les Wiseman, John Lekich, Charles Campbell, Max Wyman and Michael Turner. For all-around inspiration and just generally being a pal, William Gibson and Ms. Liz Hand, who can both be honestly described as lovely and talented.

Without you all, I'd be forced to make an honest living. Which I was required to do on occasion and discovered it did not fu***ng appeal to me one bit.

You have my undying gratitude.
