Silence and stillness.
I have discovered the beauty in silence and stillness. This was not easy to achieve and I’m not good at it compared to some. By that I mean I struggle for my 5-15 mins of it every morning. Others might struggle for 1 min or even to get hours.
This desire for silence and stillness came to me after my first yoga retreat with in Costa Rica. I had no idea I could sit in silence until asked and I was hooked after the first session!! Combined with with stillness and for me it’s mind blowing.
My goal every morning is to do this before I get my workout in or really start to plan the day. This season is my favourite time as I do it but the glow of my tree.

Reflexology is here!!
I am super excited to be starting my practical sessions. I am looking for 7-9 people open to having me share my knowledge of reflexology and to provide them with 5-6 sessions.
Intake: Initial session includes gathering of medical data including past surgical history, medications and stressors.
Assessment: This is completed at the beginning of all sessions and includes a review of your medical history to confirm it’s up to date. The assessment involves walking the zones of your feet and the practitioner noting any areas of interest.
Reflexes: the next step is walking all the reflexes and making notes of areas noticed by you or the practitioner. (During the Case Study there is a routine to this and as my knowledge grows this will change)
At the end I will review things to be aware of after your sessions and book you in for your next.

The case studies will run until I have met the required 60. I expect this to be sometime in the late Spring early summer.
