Our Story
Fit For Change Fitness Club is a great positive atmosphere with many options to get fit and stay fit! It is not only economical but you can see the results quickly through our group fitness and fully equipped fitness facility to meet all your physical fitness needs. Our clubs fun atmosphere becomes addictive and we are always expanding the services for our members. It is our job to help you get fit while having fun. Anybody can get motivated to workout for a while, but at Fit For Change you will enjoy coming to the gym! As well, the time goes by fast because you will have a blast!!!
We want to invite you to Fit For Change and tour our 13,000 ft facility. You will experience our brand new multi-functional and converging equipment that helps you workout efficiently in less time. Also, try a group fitness class and you can see for yourself the difference in our training. Time disappears, form is taught specific to all three levels (Beginner , intermediate and advanced) and the results are obvious!
We can try an sell you with a sales pitch to get you in the door, but the proof is in the experience and you do not have to commit to joining the gym.
