We know that having musicians and choirs at Bender House calms anxious minds. Huron Hospice staff, volunteers and families thank Cathy Elliott and Ray Chartrand of the Huron East Seaforth Trust for their donation to support the Huron Hospice music program. For a second year, the Trust has funded the Music Cares program. With this funding, Huron Hospice pay for the services of music therapist, Dana Prouse. Dana plays guitar and sings at the bedside. She also coordinates the schedules of many musicians, so the house is often filled with wonderful music.
The Huron Hospice music program is gold seal certified by the Room 217 Foundation.

Thank you to the Huron East Seaforth Trust.
