💚💚Did you know I am neurodiverse with multiple neurodiversities? Some I hide well, others shown in ways that might not be obvious, others obvious. Neurodiversity is a spectrum and I embrace mine.
💚💚During mental health month we will share not just product updates and pictures but awareness posts on mental health as well. It’s a topic close to my heart, one I am an advocate for and fight for, while also dealing with my own mental health impacts.
I am glad to see how far we have come in my lifetime however we are just getting started. There is so much stigma that exists. Judgement. Most driven by lack of knowledge and this needs to change. Knowledge, support, education and awareness of mental health must be embarrassed.
Mental health impacts our physical health as well.

Mental Health Month raises awareness of trauma and the impact it can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children, families, and communities. Mental Health Month was established in 1949 to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in peoples' lives, and to celebrate recovery from mental illness.
💚💚Mental health is essential for a person's overall health. Prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can recover from mental disorders and live full and productive lives.
