On April 13, The Becoming Circle gathers again. This time with a focus on the nervous system and why everything can feel heightened in early motherhood.This is a space for moms with babies (0–24 months) to come as they are.To share honestly, to listen, or simply to sit in the presence of others who understand.

No fixing. No pressure. No expectation to have it all figured out. Just real conversation, gentle guidance, and the reminder that you’re not meant to do this alone.
