Tara and Steve, who were busy volunteering at the Comox Legion Lounge, want community members to know that they are excited about the upcoming St. Patrick's Day music event that will be taking place on Saturday March 14th!🙌 Local cover band, Sum Her Sum Her, will be performing tunes of 'new' music, including songs by Chappell Roan, Morgan Wallen and Dua Lipa🙌 Thank you, Tara and Steve, for your hard work and dedication to the Comox Legion, and for always being so friendly and cheerful!💚 See you again!💚 🤗🙌

Larissa, the manager at Avenue Bistro, is excited to be hosting this month's Craft Rave, a community fundraiser organized by Tamara Sprout Productions through Comox Valley Arts, taking place tomorrow, Friday February 20th, at 8 pm until 2 am🌟This is the second Craft Rave to take place at Avenue Bistro, with the first one being in January and was open to crafters of all ages. Tomorrow night will be a 19-years-and-over event🌟If you enjoy crafting, including all art forms such as knitting, 2D art, digital art, bead work and mixed media, basically what ever you enjoy, bring your jam to the Bistro for a night of love and respect, where you'll be listening to DJs playing music ranging from all genres, including techno dance vibes🌟

Alison Lyons, a lead member of the Courtenay Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) wants community members to know that there will be a Pop Up Sale of gently used women's clothing happening at the Comox United Church on Saturday February 21st. PEO, an international organization, raises money to help support education for women through loans, grants, bursaries and scholarships🙌
Funds raised from this Pop Up Sale will help support bursaries at North Island College ( NIC ) as well as the Transition Society and Care-A-Van.
