Last arbour me and Mateo built in Ladysmith—we utilized true dimension cedar and installed with concrete pavers below.

Well that took long enough! Built this cedar gate with some of the nicest 2x6s I’ve ever scored. Joined with biscuits and Tightbond 3. Back side has a rebate carved into the 2x6 framework to accept the t+g boards and the 1x4 balustrade top.
