Tips from your local Urologist!

Is your bladder driving you crazy?! When you gotta go, you gotta go NOW?

Check your supplements. Vitamin C can increase the risk of urgency and urge urinary incontinence! Citrus is a known bladder irritant.

Consider your other bladder irritants as well: coffee, tea, alcohol, spicy food, and citrus. And as always, DRINK MORE WATER!

Happy Friday!
