It takes alot of time and energy to make everyones holiday a good one. We work endless thankless hours preparing our trailers, delivering them, repairing them on the fly. Flat tires do happen trailers do break down and cause a chain reaction for delivery times. We have missed ferries and had to sleep in our trucks. These things are beyond our control. I have an amazing customer base and several repeat customers. I have had a bad rash of new campers that are high demanding, inexperienced and have no idea how to camp or what its all about. The abuse myself and staff put up with is unreal.
For example
“ yes maam, you cannot plug your phone in when your off grid”
“Yes maam you cannot have a 10 min shower everday off grid”
“Yes maam you killed your batteries and your fridge is thawing.....thats why i reccomended a gennerator”
“Yes you ran out of 💧 water because your not on a full service site”
we have had our customers leave kids unattended and had our trailer flood then deny, Break things constantly, cut blinds because they cant figure them out.
Behind the scenes its 21 trailers going 21 directions with pick ups deliverys. We make it happen we do everything to make sure we dont have to cancel on you.
