I often have to help clients with lots of data, either in SAP, my own SQL (Standard Query Language) Data Server, online databases, MS Access or Excel... One of my favorite methods in Excel is to always link to raw data, for super fast dropdown searches, automatic formulae copying, safer data manipulation, etc... as raw data is updated, so are all your formulae, pivot tables and charts!
