Let’s begin again.

✨ Tonight was a magical evening under the open sky, sharing a sound bath with ten beautiful women. The night carried its own chorus—distant sounds, a soft breeze, the hum of the world around us.

What struck me was how those outside noises didn’t take away from the experience, but became part of it. When you let your mind expand to include them, they weave into the moment. And then, as the bowls sang and slowly faded, we all returned to that still point within ourselves—present, grounded, and connected.

It was a gift to sit in that circle of sound and presence together. 🌙

It’s been a while ……. thank you for being here.

I had the honour and privilege of sharing the beauty and power of a sound bath this evening. The magic of this beautiful place is so profound; calming, embracing, inclusive. It is a warm hug on a cool fall day.

And within this beautiful space I was once again reminded of the wonder of life, that sometimes we don’t exactly know what we need until it arrives. The singing bowls always bring me back to myself and I am grateful for their presence.

Thank you Clea for sharing your beautiful space with a collective of powerful women. Magic I say, magic!!

It has been a week!!

I can’t wait to welcome clients on Tuesday and to sit with my bowls until then.

I have been dealing with injury after injury since December and am feeling pretty beat up to be honest. I know the power of the bowls and realized today that they have to come home after I finish the sessions for the day, something I have not been doing. I have been leaving them in the space I rent and now know that just 1 or 2 at home doesn’t quite work for me.

So off I went to collect them and re-create my beautiful space around them. Ahhhhh, life’s simple beauty.
