GOODBYE, 2022! HELLO, 2023!

We’re looking back at the lessons we’ve learned in 2022 and reflecting on our resolutions for 2023. At Customerization, we continuously evaluate our team's success and use this method to develop our company strategy.

In 2023, we aim to expand our ongoing and monthly support services to help customers manage their systems in-house and offer pin-pointed help for their needs. We also want to spread the word about what's possible when creatively solving customer challenges with technology - and to do so, we plan to post more customer case studies like Quick Start CRM and Zoho CRM - Oracle ERP light integration.

We are also investing in our team, providing them with the latest and certifications and helping them evolve their consulting, listening, and solutioning skills.

In addition, we are expanding our and Technology Roadmap lines of business to help more Canadian SMEs digitize, as well as launching a new podcast to demystify and .

THESE MONTHS HAVE BEEN BUSY ONES FOR US!

We've had the opportunity to visit some amazing events and meet lots of inspiring people 🤠

👉 On November 21st we attended Ontario-Israel Bilateral Innovation ✨, where we had the chance to meet, network and collaborate with leaders from around the world.

👉 On December 1st we visited Toronto Food & Beverage ✨, the city's premier food and beverage event. We connected with local vendors, sampled delicious dishes and enjoyed a fun evening.

👉 On December 6th we had the pleasure of attending the Toronto Zoho User Group Meetup ✨. This was a great opportunity to meet other Zoho users and to discuss the latest trends in the industry.

👉 Last but not least, on December 7th we joined TAP Toronto ✨, an event that focused on technology and innovation. We got to hear from inspiring speakers, network with entrepreneurs and be part of a unique experience.

It's been a fantastic time and we can't wait to see what the next months have in store! ✌️
