Lead Hand Carpenter

About the role

You will guide the team and be hands on

You need to have worked as a lead hand or foreman or this wont work out for you

If you have experience in building but not leadership go ahead and send your resume anyway and we'll consider it for other roles that are open

Job Type: Full-time

Work is based mostly in North & West Vancouver

Based on a minimum 40 hour work week.

This position is physically demanding and requires commitment to working safe on our jobsites.

Compensation: $40-$50/hour

Experience:

carpentry/renovation: 5+ years (Preferred)

Four Seasons Sunrooms are hiring Skilled Builders! We build outdoor living/eating spaces for home owners and restaurants.

Requirements

Carpentry experience working in renovations or custom home builds
Experience building outside decks, pergolas, or sunrooms
Experience of running crews/teams in construction setting - an asset
Are comfortable working from structural and architectural drawings
Familiar with the BC Building Code
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working hard
Are creative and have great problem-solving skills
Are detail-oriented and take pride in your work
Are self-motivated and can work in a self-directed environment
Are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Have a full set of tools
Have your own reliable vehicle
Must be able to handle the physical aspects of the job
Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $24 per hour - Varies by Role and Responsibility
