From Self-Doubt to Self-Belief: Reclaiming Your Worth

This talk is for any woman who has ever thought she's not enough.

This is an honest conversation about rebuilding self-worth through practical mindset shifts, healthy boundaries, and daily habits that create lasting confidence.

Having overcome homelessness, addiction, toxic relationships, and years of deep self-doubt, Vanessa transformed her life through the support of mentors and work of changing how she saw herself. Today, she's the founder of several nonprofits, co-founder of Intention to Impact, a foster mom, and a recipient of the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for Community Leadership.

If you've ever questioned your worth or held yourself back because you didn't feel "good enough," this session is for you.

Come ready to believe in yourself a little more than you did walking in.

As our practicum term comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Marcel, Kriti, and Claire from Adler University.

Over the past eight months, they have contributed their time, skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to support Low Entropy Foundation in countless ways. From helping with programs like Thrift & Thrive Future Leaders to supporting social media, capturing photos and videos, and assisting with a variety of projects behind the scenes, their contributions have made a meaningful impact on our organization and community.
