Home sales registered on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver for the month of March were the lowest going back to 2019 for the same month, while active listings continued their upward trend.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- March sales were down 13.4% from the same month last year.
- There were 29% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,190,900.

JANUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Homes newly listed on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver rose 46 percent year-over-year in January, as sellers appear eager to enter the market to start the year.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- January sales were up 8.8% from the same month a year before
- There were 46.9% more homes listed than the previous year
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,173,000
