Nous avons commencé en beauté par une visite du campus de Timmins de l’ de Hearst en compagnie de la rectrice Sophie Dallaire, où nous avons rencontré les professeurs qui forment la prochaine génération de talents bilingues.
Nous nous sommes ensuite rendus sur le campus du Collège Boréal, où nous avons vu des apprentis soudeurs et mécaniciens d’équipement lourd mettre leur formation en pratique.
Nous avons terminé la journée à la Caisse Alliance (Timmins), où nous avons discuté de la manière dont nos institutions locales forment une main-d’œuvre francophone hautement qualifiée dans le secteur financier à Timmins.
