During these pandemic times, "pivot" we must!

So we’re bringing you the Board Development Training you’ve been waiting for in a virtual platform!

Join us November 5 & 6 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM for a two-part, community based virtual training event delivered via Zoom.

While it might not offer the same experience as an in-person event, our facilitator has assured us that it will be a highly participatory, engaging experience that you’ll not soon forget!

Plus, it’s about half the price of our in-person training, so more folks can participate from the comfort of their own homes – no masks required 😊

What helps to spark social synergy in the workplace? Trust.

Trust that if mistakes are made, we'll learn from them together.

Trust that if one of the team members is struggling to meet expectations, they'll be offered support and coaching rather than blame and condemnation.

Trust that all team members, regardless of their place on the organizational chart, will look out for the best interest of the group rather than themselves.

We can create an environment where trust is fostered through the actions we take every day...

Spent yesterday evening delivering a team development training to an incredible group of local professionals! Many laughs, great discussion and a whole lot of "aha!" moments. It's amazing the magic that can happen when we spark synergy within our respective teams! 🤩
