Both can remove hair from the root and leave you smooth for weeks. The difference is in the method. Wax grips the hair and is quick and effective. Sugar paste is a gentle, all-natural mix of sugar, lemon, and water that many people find a little kinder on sensitive skin. It is applied warm, not hot.
