My eyes opened and my face was stiff with dried tears.. This morning still feels heavy, carrying the weight of yesterday. I stayed up late, holding space for my daughter, as her heart broke with the distance.

Like the slow shift of seasons, spring is stirring, and so is change. Each step forward is like a soft wind, reminding me that love, like the seasons, is always moving, always growing.

I feel the ache, and yet, I also feel hope, like tiny green shoots pushing through thawing earth.

Today, I breathe, I let myself feel, and I remember that even in this sadness, there is still love, still faith, and still a future waiting to bloom.

It’s Thursday, and I’m showing up.

Week five of this journey, and I feel my strength growing with each step.

Last night, I spent time with my daughter… talking about life, goals, and aspirations while cooking all of her boyfriend’s favorites. Every bite, a small act of love.

Today, we make our own moments count, as we stand together on the edge of change.

Good morning beautiful souls,

It feels like a regular day…
but it’s not.

There’s a shift happening in our home.
The kind that comes with kids growing up and life moving forward.

And I feel it… we all do.

There’s a heaviness in watching them step into their own lives, their own paths. In knowing things are changing for all of us. But there’s also something really beautiful in it, magical.

Because when something is built on love, time, and everything they’ve already been through distance doesn’t break it, it deepens it.

So today we’re holding both.

The ache of change and the quiet trust that this is part of their growth.

And ours too.❤️
