Building my own reflow station out of a toaster oven whoo says you need a 3000 machine to do a reflow

With new fan back up and running

4 ps5 controllers came in all stick drift all replaced accept one was just cleaning to see if it will help since it was pretty dirrt but all others have bran new sticks

Another hdmi done once again came from another shop

starting now all messages will be ignored unless you type AGREED to the auto message i have set up

Just finished a fun restoration on this vintage R.O.B. the Robot! 🤖

This piece came in after a previous repair attempt elsewhere left active corrosion behind. Since solder won’t bond to corrosion and eventually fails, I performed a full deep-clean to neutralize the damage and ensure a solid, long-lasting connection.

I also retrofitted a beefier battery spring for better durability. Note: I intentionally installed the spring in a reverse orientation to better accommodate the higher tension and ensure a perfect fit for the battery. It’s now rock-solid and ready for action!

It’s always rewarding to see these icons of gaming history saved and back in working order.
