In this safe space, we follow David Wolfe’s wisdom: we transmute stuck emotions and memories into self-love and acceptance.
This practice is both active and passive, as we soften our conscious mind and enter a deeper state within.
I will guide you, just as Levine suggests, with breath, sound, and Reiki—holding you in a safe container for what needs to arise.
We close with a soothing sound bath, letting your nervous system integrate the work and settle into peace.”
