Struct is innovating the construction industry by creating an alternative to traditional wood framed construction. We print and fabricate framing packages for residential and commercial projects. Our team is what make us a success, keeps us focused and commitment to customer service. We have the following full-time position available in our Construction department at our Courtenay location:

General Labor - Skilled Labor

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will carry out basic construction tasks including the operation of small powered equipment.

Responsibilities:
Carries out construction tasks as a part of the project construction team
Operates small power equipment as necessary to complete assigned tasks – Drills
Ensures that tools and equipment used are kept in good working order
Ensures the workplace is kept in a safe, clean and organized

Full Time / Part Time / Contract

- Experienced Siders, Carpenters, Carpenter helpers

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will carry out basic construction tasks including the operation of small powered equipment.

Responsibilities:
Carries out construction tasks as a part of the project construction team
Operates small power equipment as necessary to complete assigned tasks – Drills and Skill Saws
Ensures that tools and equipment used are kept in good working order and the workplace is kept in a safe, Clean and organized condition
Complies with all health and safety program

Qualifications / Physical Demands:
This position is physically demanding
Although experience is not required, good attention to detail, strong communication skills, customer service and the ability to follow direction is essential.
Must be a team player
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to work
