Fry Bread Alert at Lewis Park, Night before Canada Day! 4pm to 9:30pm today and tomorrow10am to 3:30pm! Served with toppings of your choice, Strawberry Drizzle, Caramel & Bacon Crumble and Powdered Sugar! πŸͺΆπŸ¦‹πŸ“ We will have lots of snacks, drinks and an additional full Wellness Booth this year for visiting, with Indigenous harm reduction info and Naloxone training and more.

Here are some tips to help you stay cool and safe:

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated βœ”οΈ

Limit strenuous activity. If possible, do errands early or late in the day when it’s cooler βœ”οΈ

NEVER leave children and pets in parked cars ❌

Use sunscreen and wear UV-protective eyewear and lightweight clothing βœ”οΈ

Seek cooler indoor and outdoor spaces βœ”οΈ

Check in on loved ones to make sure they have a cool space βœ”οΈ
