We are incredibly grateful for the amount of support and demand we’ve been seeing lately — thank you all so much!

With that being said, our waitlist has grown quite a bit, and we need to make sure we’re moving through it fairly and efficiently.

Going forward, if we reach out about your order and don’t hear back within 48 hours, we will be moving on to the next person on the list.
This is simply to keep things moving and ensure those who are ready can secure their beef.

We completely understand that life gets busy — you’re always welcome to reach back out and we’ll do our best to fit you back in where we can.

Good news: our website is almost ready to launch! 🎉
Once it’s live (hopefully within the next week), you’ll be able to place orders and secure your spot directly with a deposit — which will make this process much smoother for everyone.
