Creating space ❤️ This means the studio is open just for you to breathe. When there are no scheduled Yoga sessions, only space to be. We sometimes get stuck in the busy and our lives happen on autopilot. We may forget about the life that exists all around us and also inside us. This space allows you to let go, release for a moment and take a breath. I am in the studio and happy to help with any poses or meditation you may want to practice or maybe you just need a safe space to sit, read, study or lay in shavasana. It is your space for you 🙏 In studio today till 3pm ❤️
