A very cozy night of creativity will be happening in a few weeks! Announcing: "Winter Solstice Expressive Arts" on Wednesday, December 20 from 7:30-8:30pm on Zoom. No art experience or training required! Just a desire to reflect on this winter season through the expressive arts: visual, written, sensory. Give yourself a moment by candlelight with your favourite art supplies before the longest night of the year! Facilitated by: Jen Sneller and Laura Brook. Pay what you can! (Suggest donation is $30). Want to come out and play and create?

I wanted to send out info for (yes, finally!) the first in person expressive arts workshop. It's happening on Oct. 15 from 1-5:30pm at Green Room Yoga (2645 E. Hastings St.). Laura and myself will be focusing on the theme of Self-Compassion and facilitate a time of art making and creative expression through writing, movement, painting and collage. This is for everyone! There is no skill level or experience needed. This is a chance for you to get in touch with your own creative self.

The cost is $125, but if you sign up with a friend you both only pay $100 each!
