Devon FCSS

Devon youth ages 14-17: The 4×4 Program gives students the opportunity to explore real municipal workplaces through short, supervised placements in areas like recreation, communications, parks, planning, and public services. $200 honorarium for successful completion. All placements take place in July. Devon residents only / attending a Devon school.

No prior work experience is required — just curiosity, effort, and a willingness to learn.
