We would like to begin by sincerely thanking the Devon community for the encouragement, patience, and warm welcome you’ve shown us - especially the families who joined us during our open house and waited alongside us. Your support has meant so much to us, and we are truly grateful. 🤍
Our brand-new Licensed centre has been thoughtfully designed to feel calm, warm, and welcoming — a place where children feel safe, supported, and confident as they learn, play, and grow at every stage.
At ELCC & OSC Devon, families can expect:
