Merry Christmas everyone!

On this special day, I wanted to share 7 tips with you to make of this holiday season an even more special one.🎄❤️

1. Embrace simplicity. Focus on the true spirit of Christmas🎄 instead of getting caught up in the superficial aspects of the holidays 🎁.

2. Be mindfully present.🙏 It's ok to want to capture these special moments in pictures/videos, but don't let this take away from being in the moment. Instead, take mental pictures.📷 Mindfully observe everyone having a good time and savour the moment.

3. Focus on quality interactions. Engage in conversations that foster connection. Share vulnerable parts of yourself with the people you trust and love and ask them deeper questions to get to know each other even better.🫂

4. Express gratitude. Take time to express how thankful you are for the people and positive aspects of your life.🙏

5. Reflect and renew. Take some quiet moments to reflect on the year, acknowledge growth, and set positive intentions for the coming year.📝

6. Give back. Reinforce the spirit of compassion and generosity by sharing with others. Even a small action can make a big difference.

7. Finally, let go of trying to make everything perfect.🕙 Nobody will remember those little things that didn't go as planned. Take a deep breath and enjoy!
