We’re in the final stretch on this custom home.

With the original home removed, the next step was preparing the site for what would become The Inlet.

On an oceanfront property, site preparation is about more than clearing space. It’s about understanding the land, the grade, the access, the shoreline, and how the future home will sit within its surroundings.

This stage set the foundation for everything that followed, from excavation and concrete to framing, finishes, and final handover.

A custom home starts long before the walls go up.

Progress at Narrows Edge.

The siding is going up, and this home is really starting to settle into its surroundings. With its dark exterior, steep rooflines, natural timber accents, and views through the trees, the design is coming to life exactly as intended - modern, grounded, and connected to the landscape.
