A big thank you for helping make our community shine this past year! Also, a big THANK YOU to those who have already renewed.

Thanks to your support, our streets were graced with colourful Community Banners — each one proudly displaying local businesses who care about Eastern Passage and Area.

As we head into the 2025–2026 season, we’d love for you to renew your Banner Apron Sponsorship and continue showing your community spirit. Additionally, sponsorship is open to all businesses this year !

How the Program Works

Each November, our Community Banners come down to make room for Remembrance Day Banners honouring our veterans. By early December, our Welcome – Community – Seasonal Banners return, with sponsored aprons attached to highlight local supporters like you.

Your sponsorship helps cover banner installation/switch over, maintenance, annual insurance, storage, and hardware — keeping this beautiful project sustainable year after year.

Sponsorship Details

Apron Sponsorship:
$250 per year/per side (all community businesses) / $100 per year/per side Non Profit

Display Season: December 2025 – October 20256

Renewal Deadline for Past Sponsors: October 31, 2025

Final Purchase Deadline: November 1, 2025

Each member can sponsor up to four aprons (subject to availability). Past sponsors receive first priority before we open remaining spaces to new participants.

Industry exclusivity applies — one business type per apron side.

Payment & Invoicing

Invoices issued via Square Online
Preferred payment: e-transfer to [email protected]
Credit card payments accepted online
